Pooped Puppy

Here I am in my different resting positions, now training to have great house manners.  Wow, being polite sure is tiring.

Conroy pit park

Went out to Conroy Park in Ottawa for a big walk.

I got my 3 sets of shots now.

I went to the vet on Oct 2.  Everything was well.   I weighed in at 17 lbs.  Wow.  That is almost 5 lbs more than last time.   Yeah, I am getting to be big and strong.  They are having trouble holding me back when I "walk" with them.  My master keeps on flicking my leash.  Wonder what that means?   I love to pull them along and it helps with my workout too.   

I got all my shots.  My rabies shot is on October 23 at 2:30.   Then I hear I will get fixed in early December.  Still wondering what part of me is busted?  

Today is my last day of puppy kindergarten. Yahhh

Yes it is!  My very last day.  I will be starting level 2 and my masters have enrolled me in level 3 and 4 already.  Sheesh.

This is me with BUDDY, my classmate.  We are both on the hot trail of something?  

Things I do very well now.

I can sit and stay, down and stay forever if I can see my owner.  I know we have done it for 10 minutes.  I could keep on going, but my very own master got tired.  hehe.   I outlasted them.

I can sit and wait too.  That is useful for crossing doors.  Some reason I am always second through doorways.  Oh well. 

I can play with big dogs and little dogs at Conroy Pit in Ottawa.  We go there quit a bit.  Lots of fun for sure, smelling all those leaves and sticks.   Lots of trees there and the fields are very cool too.

I can do lots of stuff and my master does not always give me treats.   I hate that when they forget...

Soon I will be learning how more about hand signals.  That should be cool.   I can't always hear soo well.   I get a bit confused.   Maybe this will make it easier.

So looking forward to level 2.  We will be doing so many cool things.

My master is already getting me registered for scent training in the spring, when I will be better trained and a bigger boy.   Sounds like fun to me... 

ARGH.  Puppy kindergarten was cancelled.  The teacher was sick.   Good thing, because I was not feeling to well too.   I was kind of wobbly on my feet.  Maybe I need to rest.   I went running and running and running in the forest 2 days in a row.   Lots of fun, but I get tired and I don't even know it.    hmm    Weird.  

So we will do this next week.  

Dock Diving and Flying

I have been to the Dock Diving competition and boy was I ever surprised.  So many dogs are a shy of the water just like me!   haha.   Glad to know I am not the only one.   whew.  I thought there was something wrong with me. 

Many just went to the edge of the dock and just stayed there.

See me fly!  I bet no other dog can do this!!  haha

Yep I had a worm in me!!!

After that Interceptor deworming/ heartworm pill, I pooped out a long skinny worm maybe 2 inches long.  Wow.  That worm was sitting in my poop.   YUCK.   I don't like my own poop, so I don't know how this worm could stand it by sitting right in it.  The vet office called too saying they noted some eggs.    Well, now I am cleared up from those nasty worms!  I am happy about it.   And NO.  I am not going to show you another poop picture.  Bye Bye.

I am getting bigger

Yep I am eating soo well and pooping too.   But I don't know what is happening to me?   I am getting bigger! I was 7.5 lbs when I first arrived at my Masters, and now I am 12.4 llbs.  geeeee

My original crate is too small.


I have switched to a much bigger one, Pet Cargo 700, and woweee.   I love it sooooo much.  Very spacious and now I can jump around in it and wrestle with all my toys and rearrange the furniture.  I can make it look beautiful.

I even got another crate for traveling in the truck.

I am very lucky!!!
